We rent for a minimum of two months, with no upper limit. We handle medium and long term rent. We no longer rent rooms for single nights or weekends.

The rent includes free parking on the property, Wi-Fi 1 Gb/s throughout the building and access to the shared kitchen. Rooms are fully furnished and have a private bathroom. How utilities are settled is agreed when the contract is signed.

Rent is based on a written contract signed before you move in. We rent to private tenants and to companies housing their staff. For companies we issue a VAT invoice: Jupico sp. z o.o. sp.k., VAT ID 5223025459.

The office is open daily from 7:00 to 19:00 and we answer the phone during those hours: +48 789 819 739. Contracts are signed and keys handed over during office hours. In the evening and at night there is security on site.

No. The property has no wellness zone, no pool, no sauna and no air conditioning. Residents have free parking, Wi-Fi 1 Gb/s, a shared kitchen, a lift and shared spaces.

Gdynia city centre is about 10 minutes by car, Gdynia Główna station about 8 minutes by car or about 52 minutes on foot. Śródmiejska Beach is about 13 minutes by car, Gdańsk Lech Wałęsa Airport about 35 minutes.
